In global network exist no general solution for information security or either social rationality based on
trust people have on their conscious environment.
Information security in global environment is based on social process for acceptance on information security
profiles (ISO 15408/ CommonCriteria). This social process is determined by risk management processes.
Internet is a network conception implemented into global network without service or security requirements.
It is a ‘post-rational’ network.
