Globalnet
’Globalnet’ is a social conception for communications network.
It is based on theory of network determination through activities there exist. In global environment a social
totality cannot be specified by any pre-determined conceptions, as by nation state determined ‘society’.
Network conception is neither possible to determine by any geographical characteristics, as geographically
global Internet.
Globalnet’s basis is ubiquitous, concurrent and coherent transmission path of ubiquitous information.
It is genuinely global, instead of ‘network inter networks’ consisting about separate organisations, services
or sectors. Rational social formations, and information or knowledge are specified on logical network environments
and applications.
Rational social formations are based on risk management. Transmission path corresponds to contingency of risks.
There are specified several layers of risk management, as network management and network constructions required
by services and organisations.
‘Global’ is determined by risk. It has no specifications of social time and space.
Social formations, based on risk management, are determined by activities present at higher layers of network
construction, with determinants of time and space.
